Through a popular Internet App called Telescope, a curse is born and a restless spirit released. They say she haunts the video streams, searching for her next victim. When you try to leave her video stream, you cannot. If you try and turn off your phone, you won’t be able. ​Andrew Blake is a man at the end of his rope. In the addition of dealing with a nasty divorce, separation from his children, and facing bankruptcy, he is constantly being harassed by a ruthless debt collector who calls himself Mister Robbins.
When Andrew is unable to meet the debt collector’s demands, Mister Robbins uses tactics both cruel and inhumane. Andrew believes it has now gotten personal and that Mister Robbins wants more from him than to just pay his debt. He believes Mister Robbins is out to destroy his life.
After Andrew finally takes matters into his own hands and turns the tables, Mister Robbins soon discovers that the man he has been relentlessly tormenting has a much darker past than he could have ever imagined.
