ABOUT THE SERIES

​

Dead of Night is a mid-90s shot-on-video action-horror mini-series that has been described as "David Lynch directing The X-Files, if David Lynch was a mall security guard." Created by two sci-fi/horror super fans who were real-life coworkers doing overnight mall security, the series blends supernatural mystery with blue-collar charm and DIY filmmaking ingenuity.

Status (Wayne Kyle Spitzer) and AK (Andy Kumpon) serve as enforcement officers for the enigmatic Viktor Corporation. In their mission to monitor and protect their strange little town, they encounter interdimensional beings, lichters, basilisks, gelatinous spirit guides, flux cores, vampires, and much more.
